Our teachings center around a core curriculum of well-defined basic maneuvers and choreographed techniques, which increase in complexity and intensity as the student advances.

Students are informed of the specific requirements to reach each belt level, so they can effectively train toward attaining their goals.

Our teachings derive from the Karate Connection system of Kenpo, formulated by Chuck Sullivan in Vic LeRoux in the late 1980s, based upon Ed Parker’s original teachings. Learn more by visiting Our System.

As in most martial arts schools, our students rise through a highly regarded series of belt ranks before achieving black belt status and beyond. The progression of our colored belt levels and the training focus of each are described under Belt Ranks & Themes
